The service at Secrets Playa Mujeres was outstanding. We had a minor issue in our room, but housekeeping quickly resolved it. The food options were fantastic and the entertainment team was incredible. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable vacation experience.

hotel is wonderful!!! pool is huge and there are ALWAYS deck chairs and even cabins available. waiters are attentive and always ready to bring you something to drink, with a smile on their face. restaurants are delicious and food is of very good quality. beach is a little far away but it is very nice too, with its bar on the beach. staff of the whole hotel is always very friendly and willing to help. Totally recommended!

The hotel is far away from everything so you can't go out at night, but we were clear about that before we went, so it wasn't a big problem. For the restaurants at night, men need to go with long pants and shoes, and that we didn't know, so it was an inconvenience, but anyway they let you eat on the terrace if you wait a bit, there are no big complications, they are all very nice.

cleanliness of the room and its spaciousness. hotel is big and in spite of being full you could not notice that there were so many people. The sea is a little far from the hotel but it is beautiful. it does not have the same tones of cancun (turquoise) but it is very clean, kindness of all the staff at all times. if you did not like something at breakfast they would make you another dish at the moment, The restaurant captains are very attentive and helpful. The hotel disco is fun and comfortable because you don't have to leave the hotel at all. you find everything. super fun aquarobics and music in the pool at a perfect volume. There was a band that played rock at the pool and it was a lot of fun,

breakfast food, many of the dishes were cold. chilaquiles were always dry. captain would make us chilaquiles right away and they were delicious, foreigners don't know that they can order them and they eat the dried chilaquiles and they think that's how they are (cold and dry) the beans were without a lid, something unhygienic. the maple honey for today's cakes was in a deep dish with a spoon instead of being in a jar, so suddenly it was full of crumbs, it was a little disgusting to eat and it didn't taste like maple honey. sweet bread was terrible, we all tried it and none of it was good. lot of variety but little quality in the food. the egg bar was great. although there should be two cooks not just one because it is not given to enough and long lines are made to wait for you to prepare your eggs, pool is too hot. the room service food is very bad and they take a long time.

I recently had a great stay at a beautiful resort in Mexico. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the pool and ocean. The restaurants offered amazing options, from delicious food at the Asian restaurant to the nice restaurants with a variety of cuisines. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom complete with a rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The staff provided excellent service, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes. it was a wonderful experience with fantastic facilities and room advantages.

That the pool area could be quite loud during the day, with workout music and live bands.

The restaurants are very good, especially the Asian food. The drinks are of very good quality (e.g. Gin Tanqueray or Hendricks at Club Prefered). The staff is very attentive, especially Luis from entertainment.

There are no Balinese beds for all the members of the preferred club, only a couple of days we could use them.

the excursions and tours offered were a must-do and provided great deals for a fun time at a good rate. the location of the hotel was key, with beautiful views and the opportunity to enjoy the sunrise every morning.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were amazing. the service received was fantastic, especially at the Spa. the massage was exceptional and well worth the price. We loved the outdoor swimming pool with the Jacuzzi and access to the beautiful beachfront. the live entertainment at the night club was simply awesome. Lastly, the private facilities were exclusive and certainly worth the stay.

The room we were initially assigned had a minor issue with the Jacuzzi tub. the staff was very helpful in resolving the issue and we were assigned another room quickly.

We loved the convenient access to the neighboring Dreams Mujeres resort for our kids to enjoy. The wristbands made it easy for them to visit and have drinks. Additionally, not having to make dinner reservations was a great plus. The staff was super friendly, and the property was beautifully maintained. The white sand beach was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the option to dine at the restaurants of the neighboring hotel.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that offers exclusive amenities that met our every need. the spa and wellness center was top, notch, with professional massages and treatments. the swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were immaculately clean and well, maintained. the beach access was easy, and the beach was stunning with powdery sand and clear, warm water.

Although service was impeccable, the only minor issue was that the staff seemed a bit rushed and stressed, which affected their attentiveness. we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent spa lounge, beauty treatments, and saunas, making it easy to relax and unwind even with the minor inconvenience.

Not obvious to find.

The location of the different restaurants was perfect. Whether we were at Portofino, Bordeaux, or El Patio, the food was always exceptional. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast at Oceans was a delicious start to the day, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The facilities, such as the spa and golf course, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The constant sales pitch was a bit off-putting. It would have been nice to have a more relaxed environment without feeling pressured to make additional purchases.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The location was fantastic, with a direct access from the enormous pool area to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the great bar facilities at both areas, including the beach bar with swings and the swim up bar at the pool. The hotel had excellent cleanliness standards and went above and beyond in sanitation and health precautions. We also loved the fact that we could explore all the hotel facilities without needing to leave the place, as everything we needed was there. The breakfast had an amazing selection, with a wide range of options including cooked breakfast, omelette station, pastries, continental breakfast. The staff was warm and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
